Maharashtra Corp Appoints CA Riddhi Kishor Trivedi as Statutory Auditor

Maharashtra Corporation Ltd has announced the appointment of CA Riddhi Kishor Trivedi as the company's Statutory Auditor. This decision was approved by the Board of Directors on September 7, 2026, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee. The appointment is for a term of five consecutive years, commencing from the conclusion of the 44th AGM until the conclusion of the 49th AGM, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
