Maharashtra Seamless Ltd Board Approves Q1 FY27 Unaudited Results

Maharashtra Seamless Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 7, 2026, approved the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The board also approved the appointment of Mr. Shiv Kumar Singhal as Whole-time Director and Dr. Raj Kamal Agarwal as Independent Director, both subject to shareholder approval.
