Mahaveer Infoway Ltd Closes Trading Window under SEBI Regulations

Mahaveer Infoway Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company. The closure is in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will be closed for all insiders, including designated persons and their immediate relatives, from April 1, 2026, till 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The designated persons have been intimated not to trade in the securities of the company during this period.
