Mahindra EPC Irrigation Ltd Awarded Contract for Supply of Micro Irrigation Systems

Mahindra EPC Irrigation Ltd has been awarded a contract for the supply of Micro Irrigation Systems under a community micro irrigation project. The contract was received on 215th February, 2025. The order value is approximately Rs. 11.11 Crores (Rupees Eleven Crore Eleven Lakhs). The details of the contract are enclosed as Annexure-A and will be uploaded on the company's website. The company assures that no promoter group or group companies have any interest in the entity to whom the order is awarded and it does not fall under related party transactions.
