Mahindra Family Fulfills ₹500 Cr Pledge with Share Endowment

Mahindra University and Mahindra Educational Institutions have received an endowment contribution of Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M) equity shares from Mr. Anand Mahindra and family. This contribution, valued at approximately ₹300 crore, fulfills the personal pledge of ₹500 crore announced on March 27, 2024. The endowment comprises 8,67,027 equity shares, representing 0.07% of M&M's total voting share capital. The shares were contributed without consideration and will support Mahindra University's educational and charitable objectives, including infrastructure, scholarships, and academic operations.
