Mahindra Holidays Appoints Ashley Thomas as Internal Auditor

Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Ashley Thomas as the Internal Auditor of the Company, effective July 22, 2026. The decision was made by the Board of Directors following a recommendation from the Audit Committee. Mr. Thomas brings 15 years of experience within the Mahindra Group, most recently overseeing internal audit activities for Mahindra & Mahindra and other group companies as part of the Leadership Team at Corporate Management Services (CMS). His tenure as Internal Auditor will extend up to the conclusion of the Q4 FY 2027 Board Meeting. The company has also highlighted his expertise in governance, risk management, internal controls, and his involvement in AI integration for audit functions.
