Mahindra Holidays Expands Business Portfolio with Leisure Hospitality Line

Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Ltd, a leading leisure hospitality company, has announced its vision to become India's #1 leisure hospitality player. The company plans to scale its core business with enhanced member experience and launch a new luxury hospitality brand, 'Mahindra Signature Resorts', for the leisure market. The company expects to invest approximately Rs.1000 Crore towards capex and setting up of this business in Mahindra Hotels and Residences India Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary.
