Mahindra Holidays Sets Bold Vision for Leisure Hospitality, Investing Rs.1000 Crore

Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Ltd. has announced its vision to become India's #1 leisure hospitality player. The company plans to scale its core business with enhanced member experience and launch a luxury hospitality brand, 'Mahindra Signature Resorts', for the leisure market. The company expects to make an initial investment of approximately Rs.1000 Crore towards capex and setting up of this business in Mahindra Hotels and Residences India Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary. The new line of business is expected to add scale and diversity to the existing business portfolio and help attract fast growing categories and customers in the overall tourism sector.
