Mahindra Lifespace Developers Acquires Stake in Mahindra Homes Private Limited, Making it a Wholly Owned Subsidiary

Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd. has acquired the entire stake held by Actis Mahi Holdings (Singapore) Private Limited in Mahindra Homes Private Limited (MHPL), making MHPL a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. The acquisition was completed through a Share Purchase Agreement executed on 28th November 2025. MHPL is a real estate company engaged in the development of residential project(s) and has completed a residential project 'Windchimes' at Bengaluru and is currently developing the final phase of project 'Luminare — Phase 3' in Gurgaon. The acquisition cost aggregated to Rs. 86.40 Crores. MHPL's turnover for the last three financial years were Nil, 6.56 Crores, and 8.81 Crores respectively.
