Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd Acquires Actis Mahi Holdings Singapore's Entire Stake in Mahindra Homes Private Limited for Rs. 86.40 Crore

Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd has announced the acquisition of the entire stake held by Actis Mahi Holdings Singapore Private Limited in Mahindra Homes Private Limited, a subsidiary of the Company. The acquisition, which was approved by shareholders through a postal ballot, will make Mahindra Homes Private Limited a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd. The transaction is expected to be completed within three months from the date of execution of the Share Purchase Agreement, subject to necessary approvals and fulfillment of terms and conditions. The consideration for the acquisition is Rs. 86.40 crore, and the transaction is a related party transaction as MHPL is a subsidiary of the Company.
