Mahindra Lifespace Developers LTD. has been chosen as the preferred partner for the redevelopment of seven residential societies in Borivali West, Mumbai, offering an estimated Gross Development Value of approximately Rs. 1800 crore. The company has also acquired land of 2.37 acres situated at Singasandra, South Bengaluru, with a developable potential of approximately 0.25 million square feet and a Gross Development Value of around Rs. 250 crore. The land was acquired from a third-party who does not belong to the Promoter/ Promoter Group/Group companies and the transaction does not fall under the ambit of Related Party Transactions.
