Mahindra Lifespace Developers to Acquire Actis' Stake in Mahindra Homes for Rs. 90 Crore

Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd. announced the outcome of their board meeting held on September 18, 2025, where they considered and approved the proposal to acquire Actis Mahi Holdings Singapore Private Limited's entire stake in Mahindra Homes Private Limited (MHPL). The acquisition, estimated to be completed within three months, will make MHPL a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd. The transaction is subject to shareholders' approval, and the cost of acquisition is not exceeding Rs. 90 crore. MHPL is a real estate company engaged in the development of residential projects, with a paid-up share capital of Rs. 84,45,950 and a turnover of Rs. 6.56 crore, Rs. 8.81 crore, and Nil in the last three financial years respectively.
