Q2 FY26 (Consolidated) performance compared with Q2 FY25: Revenue Rs. 1,685 crores, EBITDAR Rs. 151 crores, PBT Rs. (5.41) crores, PAT loss Rs. 10.35 crores, EPS (Diluted) Rs. (1.20). H1 FY26 (Consolidated) performance compared with H1 FY25: Revenue Rs. 3,310 crores, EBITDA Rs. 161 crores, PBT Rs. (11.23) crores, PAT loss Rs. 21.15 crores, EPS (Diluted) Rs. (2.62). Q2 FY26 MLL Standalone compared with Q2 FY25: Revenue Rs. 1,367 crores, EBITDA Rs. 82 crores, PBT Rs. 5.12 crores, PAT Rs. 3.79 crores, EPS (Diluted) Rs. 0.44. Key Highlights
- 11% YoY revenue growth for Q2 FY26 driven by broad-based growth across the 3PL, Freight Forwarding, Mobility and Express segments.
- Express business delivered a positive gross margin for the first time since acquisition driven by yield discipline and a 7.2% increase in delivered volumes on YoY basis.
