Mahindra & Mahindra Completes Acquisition of Mahindra Homes Private Limited

Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd has completed the acquisition of Mahindra Homes Private Limited (MHPL) from Actis Mahi Holdings (Singapore) Private Limited. The acquisition was carried out through Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited (MLDL), a listed subsidiary of the Company. Post-acquisition, MHPL has become a wholly owned subsidiary of MLDL and a step-down subsidiary of Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. The cost of acquisition was Rs. 86.40 Crores. MHPL is a real estate company engaged in the development of residential projects and has a significant presence in India.
