Rajiv Govindram Agarwal Disposes of 16.11% Shares in Mahip Industries Ltd

According to a disclosure made under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, Rajiv Govindram Agarwal has disposed of 16.11% equity shares in Mahip Industries Ltd. The disposal took place off-market on 13th March 2026. The total shares disposed of amount to 31,00,000 out of the total 60,55,136 shares of the company. This disposal has resulted in a decrease in Rajiv Govindram Agarwal's share from 47.58% to 31.47% in the company.
