Maithan Alloys Acquires 0.05% Stake in NBCC (India) Limited for Rs. 15 Crore

Maithan Alloys Ltd has acquired 1340400 shares, representing 0.05% of the total shareholding, in NBCC (India) Limited through a stock exchange. The transaction is an investment made by Maithan Alloys with a view to reap long-term/short-term investment benefits. NBCC (India) Limited is a Government of India Navratna Enterprise and a public sector undertaking specializing in civil construction projects, real estate, and engineering procurement & construction activities. The acquisition is completed and the total cost of acquisition was Rs. 15.00 Crore. NBCC (India) Limited has a presence in India and four foreign countries, including Maldives, Seychelles, Saudi Arabia, and Mauritius.
