Maithan Alloys Ltd Completes 80% Equity Acquisition of Goldtree Impex Private Limited

Maithan Alloys Ltd has successfully completed the acquisition of 80% equity shares/voting rights of Goldtree Impex Private Limited. The transaction, which was proposed to be concluded on or before 15th May, 2025, was completed on 12th May, 2025 at 2:00 P.M. As per the terms and conditions of the agreement, the erstwhile Directors of Goldtree Impex Private Limited have resigned. The transaction has been carried out in accordance with Regulation 30 read with Schedule IIT of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015 and Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11% November, 2024 of Securities and Exchange Board of India.
