Maithan Alloys Ltd Incorporates Subsidiary 'Maithan Electronics Private Limited' for Manufacturing Electronics and Electrical Goods

Maithan Alloys Ltd has incorporated a new subsidiary, Maithan Electronics Private Limited, to manufacture Electronics and Electrical Goods, including wires and cables. The Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India, issued the Certificate of Incorporation on 27th January 2026. The new subsidiary has an authorized, issued, subscribed, and paid-up capital of 10,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10/- each. The Company, including its nominees, has subscribed to 8,00,000 shares, acquiring 80% of the shareholding. The new subsidiary is incorporated in three locations: Unit-l at P.O. Kalyaneshwari, Unit-II at E.P.I.P, Byrnihat, and Unit-III at Plot No. 42 & 43, APSEZ, P.O. Atchutapuram.
