Maitri Enterprises Ltd Announces Trading Window Closure for Quarter and Year Ended on March 31, 2026

Maitri Enterprises Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for all Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Designated Employees, and Connected Persons covered under the Code. The closure will be in effect from Wednesday, April 01, 2026, till 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2026. This action is in accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated persons and their immediate Relatives for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. All Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, and Designated employees of the Company and their immediate relatives are directed not to deal in securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
