Majestic Auto Ltd: Supreme Court allows SHPL Resolution Plan

Majestic Auto Limited has received approval from the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India to implement the Resolution Plan of Sharan Hospitality Private Limited (SHPL). The Supreme Court's order dated July 17, 2026, allows the implementation of SHPL's Resolution Plan as per the Consent and Dispute Settlement Agreement dated July 15, 2026, between Majestic Auto and Assets Care & Reconstruction Enterprise Limited (ARC). This fulfills the condition of obtaining Supreme Court orders, enabling Majestic Auto to proceed with the payment of the Resolution Plan Amount and Additional Interest Amount, and execute related transaction documents.
