The Board of Directors of Mallcom (India) Ltd. has approved the Consolidated and Standalone Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The Board Meeting was held on January 20, 2026, and the results were prepared in accordance with the recognition and measurement principles laid down in Indian Accounting Standard 34, Ind AS 34, and other accounting principles generally accepted in India. The results were reviewed by Agarwal Maheswari & Co., Chartered Accountants.
