Malpani Pipes and Fittings Limited Expands Product Range with PVC Pipes and Enhanced HDPE & MDPE Capacity

Malpani Pipes and Fittings Limited has announced the expansion of its operations with the introduction of a new line of PVC pipes and the installation of state-of-the-art production machinery for existing products. This strategic move aims to enhance the company's manufacturing efficiency, increase production capacity, and strengthen its position in the market. The new machinery and product launch reflect Malpani’s commitment to innovation and continued growth in the piping industry. The company has invested Rs. 3.8 Crores in new machinery, including one extruder production line for PVC pipes, two high-speed production lines for PE pipes (HDPE and MDPE), one fully automatic socketing machine for PVC pipes, and one horizontal heating-cooling mixer model for PVC pipes. The new PVC pipes are designed for a variety of applications, including plumbing systems, sewage and drainage systems, drinking water distribution, irrigation systems, chemical handling, fume, exhaust, and ventilation ducts, and recreational purposes. The company expects sales to grow by Rs. 40-45 Cr., with Rs. 15 Cr. coming from PVC pipes alone.
