Malpani Pipes and Fittings Ltd. has entered into a Sole Distributorship Agreement with Yongkang Gaocheng Imp. & Exp. Co. Ltd. The agreement allows Malpani to act as the sole distributor for Yongkang Gaocheng's BST and Gaocheng Pro brands in India. The agreement is valid up to August 22, 2030. This partnership will bring a wide range of globally respected products to India, including Agricultural Equipment, Power Tools, Garden and Plantation Machinery, and Construction & Demolition Tools. This is not a diversification into unrelated businesses but a strategic cross-selling initiative, adding value to Malpani’s existing product portfolio.
