Mamata Machinery Appoints Cost and Internal Auditors for FY27

Mamata Machinery Ltd announced the appointment of M/s. C. B. Modh & Co. as Cost Auditors and M/s. Desai & Desai as Internal Auditors for the financial year 2026-27. The appointments were approved by the Board of Directors at a meeting held on July 06, 2026, following recommendations from the Audit Committee. The remuneration for the Cost Auditors will be placed before shareholders for ratification at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Detailed disclosures as required by SEBI regulations are provided in the annexures.
