Man Infraconstruction Acquires 98% Partnership Interest in Subsidiary Starcrete LLP

Man Infraconstruction Ltd has acquired additional partnership interest in its subsidiary, Starcrete LLP, on September 01, 2025, and now holds 98% partnership interest in the LLP. The acquisition was made for a consideration of Rs. 23,75,000, representing 23% additional partnership interest in Starcrete LLP. Starcrete LLP, incorporated on April 18, 2018, was previously involved in producing, manufacturing, processing, trading, and dealing in all kinds of building material products. However, as agreed between partners, the main business activity of LLP is changed to EPC, real estate, and other related activities.
