Manaksia Aluminium Declares Q1 FY27 Un-audited Results, Proposes Dividend

Manaksia Aluminium Company Ltd announced the outcome of its Board Meeting held on August 11, 2026. The board approved the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. Additionally, the company has scheduled its 16th Annual General Meeting for September 22, 2026, and set September 15, 2026, as the record date for both remote e-voting and for shareholders entitled to receive the proposed final dividend. The proposed final dividend is Re. 0.05 per equity share for FY 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval. The re-appointment of Mr. Sunil Kumar Agrawal as Managing Director for a three-year term from November 23, 2026, was also approved, pending shareholder consent.
