Manaksia Aluminium Reappoints Sunil Kumar Agarwal as MD

Manaksia Aluminium Company Ltd announced the Board of Directors has approved the reappointment of Mr. Sunil Kumar Agarwal as Managing Director for a period of 3 years, effective November 23, 2026. This reappointment is subject to shareholder approval. The company also approved un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and set the record date for a proposed final dividend of Re. 0.05 per share. The 16th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 22, 2026.
