Manaksia Coated Metals: Audited Results Approved, Dividend Declared

Manaksia Coated Metals & Industries Ltd's board approved audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026, and recommended a final dividend of Re.0.05 (5%) per equity share. The board also approved the appointment of M/s Audittech 360 Financial Services Private Limited as the Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27 and M/s. S. Chhaparia & Associates as Cost Auditor, subject to shareholder ratification. Additionally, the re-appointment of Mr. Addanki Venkata Srinarayana as Wholetime Director and increases in remuneration for key management personnel were approved, subject to shareholder approval.
