Manaksia Steels Ltd Announces Trading Window Closure for Q1 and FY 2026

Manaksia Steels Ltd, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Companies Code of Conduct, has announced the closure of the trading window for all Directors and Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives. The closure will be effective from 1st April, 2026 until 48 hours after the announcement of the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026. The date of the Board of Directors' meeting to approve the Audited Financial Results will be informed to the Stock Exchanges in due course. Connected Persons/Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during this period.
