Manaksia Steels Ltd. Commences Commercial Production of Aluzinc Line at Haldia Plant

Manaksia Steels Ltd. has started the commercial production of a new product, Aluzinc line, at its Haldia plant situated at Bhuniaraichak, Jhikurkhali, Haldia, Purva Mednipur, West Bengal- 721635. The company received Consent to Operate from West Bengal Pollution Control Board on 9th June, 2025, allowing it to commence production with a capacity of 1,10,200 TPA. Aluzinc, an alloy of 55% Aluminium and 45% Zinc coating on the cold rolled steel strip, has high corrosion resistance properties and an excellent substrate for colour coating. It is widely used in solar structures, roofing and constructions. The commissioning of the Aluzinc line is expected to increase the overall production capacity of the company, thereby improving revenue and profit realization.
