Manali Petrochemicals Board Approves Unaudited Results, Dividend

Manali Petrochemicals Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 13, 2026, approved the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The Board also approved the convening of the 40th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 28, 2026, through Video Conferencing. A dividend of ₹0.50 per equity share (10%) recommended earlier will be paid within 30 days of shareholder approval at the AGM. Additionally, Mr. L Thriyambak has been appointed as the Cost Auditor for FY 2026-27.
