Manali Petrochemicals Board Meeting on Nov 6 to Approve Q2 FY27 Results

Manali Petrochemicals Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on November 6, 2026. The primary agenda item for this meeting is to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. These results will be presented on both a standalone and consolidated basis. In line with SEBI regulations, the company has also informed that the trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of these financial results.
