Manappuram Finance: Board Reconstituted, EGM Approved

Manappuram Finance Ltd's Board of Directors approved the reconstitution of its committees following the appointment of new directors, including Investor Nominees (Mr. Rishi Mandawat and Mr. Ashish Arvind Kotecha) and Independent Directors (Ms. Rosemary Sebastian, Mr. Rajesh Kumar Rathanchand, Mr. Balaji Vijayaraghavan Veeravalli, and Mr. Rakesh Induprasad Bhatt). This follows investments by BC Asia Investments XXV Limited and BC Asia Investments XIV Limited.
