Manas Properties Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for half year and financial year ended 31/03/2026. As per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities/shares of the Company will be closed for the Designated Persons (including, Promoters, Directors, Auditors, Key Managerial Persons & their immediate relatives) with effect from Wednesday, April 01, 2026. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after declaration of audited financial results of the Company for the half year and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting of the Company for approval of the aforesaid financial results will be intimated in due course.
