Mangal Compusolution CFO Resigns; AGM Date Set

Mangal Compusolution Ltd announced the resignation of its Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Ankush Agal, effective September 24, 2026, due to personal reasons. The company's Board of Directors also approved the notice for the 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for September 24, 2026. The AGM will be held via Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means. The Board also approved the Annual Report for FY 2025-26 and fixed the record date for dividend eligibility and closure of the Register of Members.
