Mangal Compusolution Sets Record Date for Dividend and AGM

Mangal Compusolution Ltd. has announced that the Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 25, 2026, approved the notice for the 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for FY 2025-26, scheduled for September 24, 2026. The company also fixed September 16, 2026, as the record date for determining eligible shareholders for dividend payment, if approved at the AGM. The register of members and share transfer books will be closed from September 17 to September 24, 2026. Additionally, the board accepted the resignation of Mr. Ankush Agal as Chief Financial Officer, effective September 24, 2026, due to personal reasons.
