Mangal Credit Board Meeting on May 28 to Consider Fund Raising

Mangal Credit and Fincorp Ltd has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting on May 28, 2026, to consider and approve an addendum to a prior intimation. The board will also evaluate a proposal for fund raising through the issuance of equity shares and/or convertible warrants on a preferential basis, subject to members’ approval. This is in addition to the previously announced agenda of approving the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, and considering a final dividend.
