Mangalam Drugs Appoints Secretarial Auditor for 5 Years

Mangalam Drugs & Organics Ltd announced the appointment of M/s L.N. Joshi & Co. as Secretarial Auditors for a term of five years, from FY 2026-27 to 2030-31. This appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 53rd Annual General Meeting (AGM). The Board of Directors also approved the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with the Limited Review Report. Additionally, M/s SN. Nanda & Co. was appointed as Statutory Auditors for a similar five-year term, also pending shareholder approval.
