Mangalam Global Appoints Darshak Mehta as CEO for NEAT EVERYDAY

Mangalam Global Enterprise Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Darshak Mehta as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for its brand "NEAT EVERYDAY". The appointment, approved by the Board of Directors based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, is effective from September 01, 2026. Mr. Mehta brings over 31 years of extensive experience in senior retail and multi-site operations leadership across various sectors including large-format retail, cash & carry, mall leasing, food services, and hospitality. His prior roles include significant leadership positions at Reliance Retail. He is not related to the company's promoters or board members.
