The cut-off date for e-voting is July 21, 2026, with the remote e-voting period from July 23 to July 26, 2026. The company reported strong financial performance for FY26, with consolidated revenue increasing by approximately 48% to ₹3,384 crore and Profit After Tax growing by nearly 96% to ₹45.2 crore. MGEL is strategically expanding its branded wellness presence through its 'Neat Everyday' flagship brand, aiming to become an integrated Agri-FMCG company.
