Mangalam Industrial Finance Director Resigns

Mr. Miteshkumar Ghanshyambhai Rana has resigned as Non-Executive Independent Director of Mangalam Industrial Finance Ltd, effective June 30, 2026. The resignation is attributed to personal commitments and increased professional engagements, preventing him from dedicating adequate time to the company. He has confirmed no other material reasons exist for his departure. Mr. Rana will also step down from his roles in various board committees, including Audit, Stakeholders Relationship, Nomination and Remuneration, Rights Issue, and Risk Management committees. The company expressed appreciation for his contributions.
