Mangalam Organics Appoints New CFO, Approves Auditor Appointments

Mangalam Organics Ltd announced key management changes following a board meeting on June 23, 2026. Mr. Shrirang V. Rajule retired as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel effective June 30, 2026. The board approved the appointment of Mr. Manoj Mhapadi as the new CFO and Key Managerial Personnel, effective July 1, 2026. Additionally, Mr. Mhapadi will serve as the Deputy Nodal Officer for IEPF matters. The company also appointed Mr. Vilaskumar Vaghela as Internal Auditor and M/s. NKJ & Associates as Cost Auditor for FY 2026-27.
