Mangalam Organics CFO Shrirang Rajule to Retire June 30, 2026

Mangalam Organics Limited announced the retirement of Mr. Shrirang Rajule as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel, effective June 30, 2026, upon reaching the company's prescribed retirement age. The Board of Directors expressed appreciation for his contributions. Concurrently, Mr. Manoj Mhapadi has been appointed as the new CFO and KMP, effective July 1, 2026. Mr. Mhapadi will also assume the role of Deputy Nodal Officer for IEPF matters. The company also appointed Mr. Vilaskumar Vaghela as Internal Auditor and M/s. NKJ & Associates as Cost Auditor for FY 2026-27.
