Mangalam Seeds Approves Q1 FY27 Unaudited Financials, Appoints New Auditors

Mangalam Seeds Limited announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 13, 2026, approved the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. The board also accepted the resignation of M/s. M A A K & Associates as Statutory Auditors and Tax Auditors, effective August 13, 2026. Subsequently, the board recommended the appointment of M/s Ashish Sheth & Associates as the new Statutory Auditors to fill the casual vacancy, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming General Meeting. The appointment is proposed for a term of five consecutive years.
