Mangalam Seeds Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in securities, effective July 01, 2026. This closure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and is specifically for the purpose of considering and approving the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the announcement of these financial results. During this period, promoters, directors, key managerial personnel, designated persons, and their immediate relatives are prohibited from trading in the company's shares.
