Trading Window Closed for Mangalam Seeds Ltd Until After December 2025 Results

Mangalam Seeds Ltd has announced that the trading window will be closed from January 01, 2026, for the purpose of consideration and approval of unaudited Financial Results for the period ended on December 31st, 2025. This closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's code of conduct. The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the said unaudited Financial Results. Promoters, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, and Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are not allowed to trade in the company's shares/securities during this period. The date of the Board Meeting for the consideration and declaration of the unaudited Financial Results for the period ended on December 31st, 2025, will be intimated in due course.
