MRPL Appoints Three Non-Official Directors to Board

Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Ltd (MRPL) has announced the appointment of three Non-official Directors (NoDs) to its Board. The appointments were approved by the Competent Authority via a letter from the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas (MoP&NG), Government of India. The directors, Shri Lakhan Chandra Mardi, Shri Sharwan Singh Karawasra, and Shri Vipin Malviya, will serve for a period of three years. All appointees are independent directors and have been verified as not being debarred from holding office and are eligible for appointment under the Companies Act, 2013.
