Manipal Health Acquires Kinder Women's Hospital for ₹130 Cr

Manipal Health Enterprises Ltd has executed a Business Transfer Agreement (BTA) with Kindorama Healthcare Private Limited to acquire the entire operations of Kinder Women’s Hospital and Fertility Centre in Bengaluru for a cash consideration of ₹130 crore. The acquisition, which is allied to Manipal Health's current business, is expected to result in growth opportunities. The transaction is subject to certain statutory and customary approvals and is anticipated to be completed within 90 days of execution. Kinder Hospital, commissioned in 2022, has a current capacity of 100 beds and reported a revenue of INR 20.75 crore as of March 31, 2026.
