Manipal Hospitals leases land for Gurugram multi-speciality hospital

Thakral Corporation Ltd, through its Indian subsidiary TIL Investments Pvt Ltd, has entered into a long-term land lease agreement with Manipal Health Enterprises Limited for approximately 3.5 acres of land in Gurugram, Delhi NCR. Manipal Hospitals will develop and operate a multi-speciality hospital on this site, with the first phase expected to have up to 500 beds. The lease is for an initial period of approximately 30 years. This expansion is part of Manipal Hospitals' strategy to strengthen its presence in the Delhi NCR region and address growing healthcare demands. Thakral Corporation views this as an opportunity to participate in India's healthcare sector growth and enter healthcare-focused real estate.
