Manjeera Constructions Anticipates Delay in Q3, 2024 Financial Results due to Insolvency Proceedings

Manjeera Constructions Ltd. has announced a potential delay in the submission of its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 31st December, 2024. This delay is due to the initiation of a Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) as per the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, by the National Company Law Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench. The company is required to submit its un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results within 45 days from the end of the quarter, as per Regulation 33(3) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015. However, due to the ongoing insolvency proceedings, the preparation and finalization of the financial results may take additional time.
